Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join RepHero Global and help us identify and hire top talent for the American market. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the U.S. labor landscape and the ability to connect with diverse candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Manage the recruitment cycle from job postings to hiring.
- Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in IT.
