Job Description
Din Properties (Pvt) Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Junior Town Planner to assist in the planning and development of new housing and commercial projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting in the layout and master plan creation for developments.
- Communicating with government departments to secure approvals for housing schemes and building plans.
- Collaborating with internal teams, external stakeholders, and consultants to ensure effective project delivery.
- Preparing creative and sustainable building plans and drawings for various projects.
- Conducting regular site visits for quality assurance and project compliance.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month
