Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales targets and ensure achievement at Sona Centres.
- Evaluate performance of Centre In-charges and Field Assistants.
- Provide expert crop advisory services to farmers.
- Coordinate with Finance for timely fund transfers from farmers.
- Conduct training for Centre staff and organize farmer engagement activities.
Qualifications:
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture.
- 6 years of experience in sales or agricultural services.
- Excellent communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs300,00.00 – Rs350,00.00 per month

Requirements
