Job Description
Location: Defence Moor, Walton Road, Lahore
Shift Timings: 7 PM – 5 AM (Night Shift)
Northstar is seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will manage client interactions, process orders, and deliver excellent after-sales support, ensuring a top-notch experience for our clients.
Key Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing customer orders, resolving issues, and maintaining positive client relationships.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, minimum 2 years of USA-based customer support experience, strong American accent, and fluent English communication skills. Availability for night shifts is essential.
