Job Description
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Support Executive to enhance customer experience, build community, and support orders at Enablers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with our audience on social media.
- Manage customer communication on WhatsApp.
- Conduct order confirmation calls.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers.
Requirements:
- 3 years of customer support experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to multitask.
- Proficient in social media and WhatsApp.
- Positive, customer-first attitude.
Female candidates preferred.
