Job Description
Interwood Mobel Pvt Ltd is seeking a dedicated Recovery Officer to manage and recover outstanding payments from our clients. This position necessitates strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively resolve payment disputes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct efficient collection of payments to ensure timely recovery.
- Proactively communicate with clients to encourage prompt payment.
- Resolve payment disputes in a professional and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records and submit regular reports on recovery status.
- Generate compliant invoices in line with company policies.
