Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct background checks and verify employee eligibility.
- Oversee onboarding and new hire orientation.
- Administer performance management and employee recognition programs.
- Provide support for HR programs, including compensation and benefits.
- Maintain compliance with employment laws.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 1-2 years of HR experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
