Job Description
Superior Tech Solutions is seeking experienced call center agents with outstanding communication skills for a night shift position from 6 PM to 3 AM, including a one-hour break. Please only apply if you are available for night shifts.
Role:
- Make outbound calls to provide information on products and services.
- Respond to customer inquiries and document conversations.
- Identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the database.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Phone etiquette skills
- Previous call center and cold calling experience preferred
We offer a competitive salary of Rs35,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month plus uncapped commissions.
