Job Description
Hamdard Public School is seeking a passionate and dedicated Montessori Directress to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for observing, guiding, supervising, and assessing children while they learn in the classroom environment. You will develop lesson plans and independent learning exercises tailored to meet the unique needs of each child, ensuring a personalized learning experience.
Additionally, you will create and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom atmosphere where all children feel valued and secure.
