Job Description
Join MTP (Mayfair Technology Partners) as a Customer Success Analyst! In this key role, you will provide first-line support, troubleshoot technical issues, and analyze customer feedback to enhance client satisfaction. You will work closely with the technical team to resolve complex challenges and document client interactions for future reference. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have 1-2 years of customer support experience. Proficiency in data analysis tools is required.
