Job Description
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team in Lahore. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting and welcoming guests, directing visitors, answering and screening phone calls, maintaining a tidy reception area, providing accurate information, ensuring office security, and managing calendars for meetings.
Receptionist Requirements:
- Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field.
- Consistent, professional dress and manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good time management skills.
- Experience with administrative and clerical procedures.
Job Types: Full-time, New-Grad. Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs45,00.00 per month.
