Job Description
About the Role: Contactivity is seeking a dedicated IT Intern to join our Systems Engineering team. You’ll collaborate closely with the team to gain insight into our security controls and infrastructure tools while contributing to daily tasks supporting our systems.
Responsibilities:
- Administer virtualized environments with VMWare.
- Support and maintain the Dialer system.
- Maintain storage platforms and report on them.
- Assist in ongoing infrastructure projects.
- Collaborate with IT resources both internally and externally.
