Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Customer Support Executives to join our team at ibex. You will handle customer inquiries, process orders, and manage complaints efficiently. Your role includes maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and ensuring prompt follow-ups.
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree, be proficient in MS Office, and possess excellent communication skills. We welcome applicants aged 22 to 30, regardless of gender.
