Job Description
A leading telecommunications company, ASK Development, is seeking a Customer Services Representative to manage:
- Inbound call management
- Customer inquiries
- Customer complaint resolution
Requirements:
- Qualification: Bachelor’s or Intermediate
- Age: 18 – 35
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience: 1-2 years in customer service or UK-based companies
Salary: Rs45,00 including up to Rs15,00 incentives; free medical insurance.
Shift: Rotational shifts for males; morning shifts only for females. Work-from-home available post-probation.
