Job Description
Bahria Town (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should hold a BBA/MBA in Human Resources and have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proficient in payroll software such as Oracle.
• Adequate knowledge of the attendance enrollment system.
• Experience in calculating employee benefits, deductions, and work hours/overtime.
• Ability to generate and present financial/payroll reports.
• Enter new employee data into the company database.
• Advanced mathematical skills and strong attention to detail.
• Handle confidential information with professionalism.
