Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to drive our sales initiatives in Faisalabad at S.M.J International Industries Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will develop sales strategies, manage customer relationships, and lead a dynamic sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective sales strategies.
- Build relationships with key customers and distributors.
- Conduct market analysis for new opportunities.
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing or technology.
