Job Description
Role Summary: Join our call center team at Ingenious Concepts to drive client acquisition through outbound cold calls. This role requires excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to prospecting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and transfer high-potential leads to the sales team.
- Track and document call outcomes in CRM systems.
- Achieve and exceed call and conversion targets.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in telemarketing or cold calling is essential.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection positively.
- Able to work in multiple US time zones.
