Job Description
Bali Memorial Trust is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee various community welfare projects, including girls’ orphanages, schools, clinics, an elderly care facility, and a community welfare helpline.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of community welfare projects.
- Coordinate with staff and volunteers for smooth functioning.
- Ensure proper implementation of policies and procedures.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures.
- Enhance coordination systems to support operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations management.
- Strong organizational and liaising skills.
- IT skills preferred.
- Minimum 16 years of education in Social Sciences or relevant field.
