Job Description
Harwage.pk is seeking a dedicated Branch Sales Manager to oversee our store operations in Mandi Bahauddin. This position offers a competitive compensation package that includes salary, commission, and incentives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily store operations and maintain high levels of customer service.
- Inspire and lead the sales team to meet monthly sales targets.
- Oversee inventory management and store presentation.
- Develop strategies to boost foot traffic and sales.
Requirements: Proven retail management experience, preferably in fashion, with exceptional leadership and communication skills. Goal-driven with a history of meeting sales goals. Experience: 5 years as Branch Manager (Preferred).
