Job Description
Arfa Karim Technology Incubator is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Admission Advisors (Call Center Agents) to join our admissions team. Your role will involve handling inbound and outbound calls, assisting with applications, sharing information, and providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications: High school diploma; college degree preferred. Experience in a call center or customer service, excellent communication skills, strong phone etiquette, and basic computer skills are required.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: Rs30,00.00 – Rs35,00.00/month
