Job Description
Express Media Group is seeking a Telephone Operator to manage incoming and outgoing calls. Your primary goal is to provide efficient and courteous communication services, ensuring a positive experience for our clients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls.
- Transfer calls to appropriate individuals.
- Take accurate messages.
- Operate switchboards and telecom systems.
- Coordinate communication flow with departments.
Qualifications: High school diploma, previous experience, familiar with phone systems.
