Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and motivated Female Urdu Call Center Agents to join our remote customer support team. As a Call Center Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service over the phone in Urdu. Candidates should possess strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and work independently in a remote setting.
Responsibilities: Answer inbound calls, resolve inquiries, log interactions, escalate issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements: Fluent in Urdu; previous call center experience preferred; reliable internet; excellent communication skills; flexible availability.
