TecNex Solutions is a dynamic call center focused on delivering outstanding customer service and performance. We are currently seeking an experienced, dedicated, and people-oriented HR Manager to lead our team and enhance HR processes.
Responsibilities include managing recruitment, maintaining employee records, overseeing budgets, conducting training, fostering a positive work environment, and addressing employee concerns professionally.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related fields, a minimum of 2 years in HR (preferably in call centers), strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, and the ability to work night shifts.
Pay: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00 per month
