Smart Resources SMC-Pvt.Ltd is seeking a dedicated Vietnamese Speaker to join our team. We value candidates who demonstrate strong time management, priority setting, and a self-motivated, professional approach.
Your responsibilities will include effectively communicating with customers to understand their needs, answering support queries, researching information, and managing customer issues. Adhering to our standard operating procedures is crucial.
We require O Levels/Matric or above, good spoken Vietnamese, proficiency in office programs, strong interpersonal skills, and a neutral accent.
