Job Description
Vostro World is looking for a motivated and results-driven Assistant Sales Manager to improve our sales performance across all branches. The ideal candidate will oversee sales functions, conduct skills gap analyses, and design training programs to develop staff capabilities.
Key responsibilities include team leadership, training and development, sales strategy formulation, customer relations management, marketing coordination, performance tracking, and driving B2B sales.
Qualifications include proven experience in sales management, strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs100,00 – Rs120,00 per month
Experience: 5 years in sales (preferred)
Location: Islamabad (preferred)
