Job Description
Link HR Consultants is seeking a skilled Clinical Nutritionist / Registered Dietitian to provide expert nutrition counseling and support patient health outcomes in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments, develop personalized dietary plans, and educate patients and families on healthy eating and lifestyle modifications.
You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare staff, regularly monitor progress, and maintain detailed patient records to ensure continuity of care. A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.
