Job Description
Innovative Infinity Solutions is seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team for the night shift from 6:00 PM to 1:00 AM. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Human Resources, particularly within a BPO environment.
Key responsibilities include managing employee records, payroll, and recruitment processes, as well as providing guidance on HR policies. The successful candidate will monitor employee performance, handle grievances, and oversee employee relations programs.
Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, HR experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
