Job Description
Indus Plus Pvt Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Operations professional to oversee our daily HR functions. The ideal candidate will manage employee records, support payroll administration, and ensure compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities include handling employee inquiries and collaborating with other departments to maintain our HR information systems.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree specializing in HR and at least 1 year of HR operations experience. Key skills required are attention to detail, strong communication, adaptability, and knowledge of compliance and legal standards.
This is a full-time position based in Lahore, with a monthly pay range of Rs50,00.00 – Rs60,00.00.
