Job Description
Brand Fuel Advertising Agency is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Female Receptionist / Customer Care Captain to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer care service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Duty timing: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions
- Oversee project progress and communicate updates to clients
- Handle customer complaints with appropriate solutions
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via calls and WhatsApp
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (BA/BBA)
- 2 years of receptionist or customer service experience required
- Excellent listening skills and dedication to customer satisfaction
- Basic computer skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
