Job Description
CA Gold City Housing Scheme is currently seeking a diligent and motivated Recovery Officer to join our team. This role is essential for ensuring timely collection of dues from our clients. The Recovery Officer will manage daily tasks including installment collection, tracking pending payments, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor outstanding payments and contact clients via phone, email, or in-person.
- Negotiate payment plans and maintain accurate records of all transactions.
- Prepare regular reports and handle client inquiries professionally.
