Job Description
Arfa Karim Technology Incubator is seeking dedicated and customer-focused Admission Advisors (Call Center Agents) to join our admissions team. In this role, you will handle calls, assist with applications, and provide exceptional customer service.

- Inbound and Outbound Calls
- Application Assistance

Qualifications:
- High school diploma; college degree preferred.
- Call center or customer service experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic computer skills; CRM software experience.
