Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputed telecom company, is seeking a Customer Care Representative (Premium) to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage inbound customer service calls and provide exceptional online support.
Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, provide online support, follow up on fault rectifications, create and close Network Trouble Tickets, maintain fault records, and execute assigned tasks.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 1 year of experience in a UK-based call center required.
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00 per month plus incentives.
