Job Description
Join our team as a Billing/Accounts Receivable Specialist at 99Technologies Pvt Ltd (Onsite-Night Shift), where you’ll be the primary contact for all billing and accounts receivable inquiries. Your role involves following up with clients through calls, emails, and case management for accurate billing and timely payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients with billing inquiries and issues.
- Utilize Salesforce and Zuora to resolve discrepancies.
- Conduct investigations for account reconciliations.
- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to SOPs.
Qualifications: 1-2 years in billing or accounts receivable, excellent communication skills, and a detail-oriented mindset.
