Job Description
Become a key player at TriVA by leading our talent acquisition efforts! As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will develop recruitment strategies, manage the hiring process, and collaborate with hiring managers to attract top talent. You’ll utilize social media, job boards, and networking events to build a strong talent pipeline. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and experience in recruitment, especially in IT and E-commerce, are required. Strong communication skills and knowledge of recruitment software are essential.
Job Type: Onsite | Location: Gojra | Full-time | Pay: Rs120,00.00 – Rs150,00.00 per month
