Job Description
Rainbow Communications is seeking a motivated and target-oriented individual to coach, evaluate, and guide a team of sales professionals. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for team management, training, and achieving sales targets while fostering a strong sales mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and assess team members to develop sales skills.
- Track and meet individual sales targets.
- Maintain proficiency in MS Excel for team data management.
- Conduct motivational sessions and provide ongoing training.
Job Requirements:
