Job Description
Gomila Intersole is seeking a dedicated Secretary to support our charity’s administration and compliance efforts. As the Secretary, you will be responsible for maintaining member and trustee registers, ensuring adherence to the Charities Act 2009, and assisting charity trustees with mandatory filings to the Charities Regulator.
Your duties will include arranging monthly Zoom meetings, taking minutes, and circulating those minutes to ensure clear communication among the board of charity trustees. This position is available as both full-time and part-time roles, with a starting salary of Rs30,00.00 per month and expected hours of no less than 5 per week.
