Job Description
Join our UK-based company, Call Cafe, as we are hiring multiple Customer Service Representatives for the NIGHT SHIFT! We invite energetic individuals who enjoy conversing with customers and solving queries to convert them into passionate regulars.
Responsibilities: Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat. Provide expert answers regarding products, pricing, and availability.
Requirements: Fluency in English, 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred, excellent phone etiquette.
Salary: Rs 45,00 to Rs 65,00 per month.
Walk-in interviews at Call Cafe, Aerosoft House, from 7 PM to 11 PM.
