Job Description
Join Abacus Consulting as a Customer Service Specialist! In this role, you will interact with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns about our products and services. You will build relationships with clients to enhance service competitiveness and ensure a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide and process information in response to customer inquiries.
- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain a high Quality Assurance (QA) score.
Requirements:
- A Levels/Intermediate or higher.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Salary: Rs60,00.00 – Rs75,00.00 per month
Benefits: Medical benefits included.
Work Schedule: 5 Days a week, US timings.
