Job Description
ASK Development Pvt Limited, a reputed telecom company, is seeking a Customer Care Representor (Premium) to join our team. You will manage inbound customer service calls and provide exceptional support.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer calls.
- Provide online support.
- Verify billing addresses and manage trouble tickets.
- Follow up on fault rectifications.
- Maintain records of faults.
- Perform special tasks as assigned.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or Intermediate, with 1 year of call center experience preferred.
Location: Islamabad / Rawalpindi
Salary: Rs45,00.00 – Rs60,00.00/month + incentives.
