Job Description
Techionik Ltd is seeking dedicated individuals for the position of Call Center Representative. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and live chat. Your responsibilities will include resolving customer queries, offering support, and providing product information in a centralized office environment equipped with advanced technology.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Educational qualification: Matric to Intermediate.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Salary Range: Rs30,00 to Rs350,00 per month based on performance.
