Job Description
We are seeking a qualified Human Resources Associate to join our team at UWorx Group. The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and possess at least one year of HR experience within a software/IT company.
Responsibilities include providing administrative support for HR projects, responding to employee inquiries, managing HR policies, overseeing our HRMS, and assisting in the onboarding/offboarding processes. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to collaborate across departments.
