Job Description

Education: MBA in HRM / Master’s in any field / Relevant Diploma
Experience: 3-5 years in HRM & OD; understanding of Quality Management Standards (ISO 9001 or similar) is a must.
Job Description: This role involves maintaining personnel documentation, explaining policies, ensuring compliance, conducting audits, providing employee training, and advising on compliance programs. You will be responsible for internal investigations and keeping updated on industry trends and best practices.
