Job Description
FinLeap Financial Services (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will respond to customer inquiries via online consultations, phone calls, and emails. Regular communication with the business group is essential to report common issues and develop optimization plans. If you are a proactive problem solver, we want to hear from you!
Qualifications:
- Age 20-30 years; junior high school education or above.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
