Job Description
The Institute of Regenerative Medicine is seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to join our team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing patient care activities, ensuring effective communication between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff.
Your key responsibilities will include developing and implementing patient care plans, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. You will also serve as a liaison to address patient concerns, oversee scheduling, and maintain accurate patient records.
