Job Description

Organization: Dreambig Semiconductor

Shift Timings: Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm)

Location: NUST H-12, Islamabad, Pakistan

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Administer employee benefits and payroll.
• Develop HR policies and handle employee relations.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3 years of HR experience.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
