Job Description
The QA Manager will oversee the quality of calls made by our agents, ensuring compliance with company standards. This position requires a solid IT background to address technical challenges related to PC performance and network issues, equipping our team for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement QA processes and call evaluation standards.
- Monitor and assess customer interactions for quality assurance.
- Provide feedback and coaching to agents.
- Analyze call data to identify trends and improve quality.
- Handle IT tasks and troubleshoot technical issues.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
