Job Description
GFS Builders and Developers is seeking a dedicated and results-driven Recovery Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that collection targets are met in accordance with our collection strategy.
Your duties will include daily follow-ups with clients, maintaining a log of interactions, and recording all settlement agreements made with customers. You will also monitor Recovery Agents to ensure that assigned accounts are fully recovered.
Additionally, you will follow up on major debtor accounts through calls, demand notices, or other appropriate means to facilitate recoveries.
