Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Secretary to support our CEO at a leading Manufacturer/Exporter-Distributor company. This role includes managing the CEO’s calendar, communications, and daily operational activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s schedule and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting materials and facilitate communication.
- Take meeting minutes and screen calls.
- Organize documents and filing systems.
Requirements:
- Experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
- Excellent MS Office and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree and strong organizational skills.
Salary: Rs60,00 – Rs70,00 per month | Job Type: Full-time | Application Deadline: 30/11/2024
