Job Description
Join Capgemini as a ServiceNow HRSD Developer, responsible for the operations and maintenance of on-premises or client-dedicated computing platforms and servers. In this role, you will install, configure, and maintain operating systems, address incident resolution, and collaborate with other IT teams and third-party vendors. You will also develop and execute patching plans, maintain security and backup strategies, and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements.
