Job Description
BGMC Consultancy Pvt Ltd is looking for a dedicated Recruitment and Onboarding Officer to join our team in Garden Town, Lahore. This role involves design, implementation, and evaluation of OD programs, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Responsibilities: Assist in leadership development, performance appraisals, and talent management.
Qualification: BBA – HR/ MBA – HR or related field.
Skills: Excellent communication, analytical thinking, HR systems proficiency, Microsoft Office.
Experience: 0-1 year.
Pay: Rs35,00 – Rs40,00/month.
